Rough Cut Roots

What started as a simple love for making hard cider quickly turned into a passion. Apples grown on Lemek Farm were used to craft small batches of fresh, bold hard cider. Before long, the Farm Stand was offering a taste of something unique, fresh, flavorful, and full of character. People kept coming back.

As the demand grew, the decision was made to open a corner of the farm for something bigger. And so, Rough Cut Cider House was born.

On September 2nd, 2023, the cider house opened its doors to the public for the first time. The smell of fresh cider filled the air, local music drifted from the patio, and delightful smells from a food truck floated through the fields, all gathered around the simple joy of farm-to-glass hard cider.

Rough Cut isn’t just a name, it’s a nod to the craftsmanship and care that goes into every batch. Good cider starts in the orchard and ends in your glass, fresh and full of flavor.

From tree to tap, it’s all about keeping it real and raising a glass with good company.
